Hiram wrote: "Tofu in peanut sauce, orange, radishes, strawberries and daikon radish sprouts. My new favorite dressing, marinade or sauce is Bee Free Honee, freshly grated ginger and Sriracha. It makes a great base for a multitude of flavor profiles. Sub chipotle or chile de arbol for the sriracha. Add different herbs or spices.. I think you get the picture."
Peanut Sauce used above (Measurements are approximate)
1/4 cup of Sriracha
1/4 cup of Bee Free Honee
1 T. of freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves minced
2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter
2 T. of liquid aminos
1 T. of rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
